Purchase Finality

All purchases of Pilates class packs, memberships, and introductory offers at Mint Studios are final. Please ensure you are aware of the expiry date on any pack you purchase and plan your attendance accordingly. Unused sessions or credits are non-refundable and will expire if not used within the designated time frame.

Introductory Offer

The Intro Pack Offer is available only to brand new clients and is valid for 14 days from the date of your first class booking. The Reformer Pilates Introductory Offer can be purchased only once and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and will activate from the date of your first class booking. Clients found purchasing the Intro Pack more than once will have their account suspended and will be charged for any additional class costs they may have incurred.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 9 hours before the scheduled class start time will result in the forfeiture of that session. No-shows and absences will also result in the forfeiture of that session.

Class Cancellations

Mint Studios Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes in the unlikely event of an emergency. You will be notified via text message 2 hours before the class start time if your session needs to be canceled, and your session credit will be returned to your account.

Class Booking and Attendance

Payment must be made prior to booking a class. You must have pre-purchased sessions in your account to book into a class. Arriving 5 minutes after the class start time or later is considered late, and your session will be forfeited. Late arrivals will also be classified as a No-Show. Empty reformers at the start of class will be given to waitlisted or walk-in clients.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Should a spot become available, you will be notified via text up until 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. It will be assumed that you are attending, and the system will automatically add you to the class. Late cancellation, cancellation, and no-show rules apply to all waitlisted clients who are added to a class.

Class Restrictions and Safety

Directors, instructors, and owners reserve the right to restrict clients to specific class types for safety reasons. Clients may be turned away if they do not have the correct medical clearance or if the Pilates class is deemed inappropriate for their level of experience or physical condition.

Session Validity and Extensions

Class Packs are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be extended due to medical reasons. Extensions must be requested before the expiry date and are subject to approval. Sessions cannot be used by anyone other than the person who purchased them. If someone else arrives to use your session, they will be required to create their own account and purchase sessions separately.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed for Pilates classes and products at Mint Studios. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Mint Studios does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on gift cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All gift card purchases are final and comply with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission guidelines.

Compliance and Agreement

By purchasing a Pilates class pack or membership at Mint Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Mint Studios.
