We are all about Tessa Tuesdays 🤍 You can find her taking over our Warragul afternoon classes! She brings with her years of experience teaching, an incredible energy and some classes that are definitely not on easy mode HAHA. Don’t say we didn’t warn you 🫶

The incredible Heather has made her jump from super client (currently 251 classes) to instructor and we couldn’t be more excited for her journey 🤍 We’ve scheduled in some fun and free community classes for you all to attend and we cannot wait to see our newest teacher on the scene in action!

These classes are so important to the team as they best replicate a standard class environment leading to a whole heap of learning on the day. So bring your feedback and water bottle, we can’t wait to see you all 😌

We are absolutely thrilled to have @movementbymorgs joining the Mint team 🤍 She is truly a delight and already so in tune with all the little details that make for a perfect class! Morgs has an incredible future ahead 🫶 As you might’ve noticed, she also has a name starting with M so we couldn’t possibly resist bringing the jokes back. We really do put the M in Mint studios HAHA

It’s about that time for your COLD winter reminder that our saunas are the quickest way to warm up 😌 Did you know we play meditative playlists through them too? It really is the perfect way to decompress and disconnect after a long day!

Over the weekend, we had the pleasure of partnering with the @igotyour6foundation to host an incredible yoga session led by @moviimentum , supporting veterans, first responders, and those living with disabilities 🤍

This wellness retreat was thoughtfully designed to support women in a safe and welcoming space focused on community, self-reflection and healing. We’re always proud to share just how powerful movement can be, especially when it comes to mental wellbeing and the emotional release it can bring. We hope to see Meg hosting even more of these workshops in the future!

Meg is back from her time away and gosh are we excited 🫶 She’s an undertaken some pretty incredible studies in India working on her pilates and yoga craft which is going to make Unwind classes an absolute delight 😌 You can catch her on Mondays and Thursdays at Traralgon as well as soon to be Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at Warragul YAY

Part 2 of our members joining the 100 and 200 class clubs 🤍

We promise we tried to post this almost every day… but then another member would hit a milestone (which is SO exciting) so we had to snap even more photos! We’re so happy to have the chance to celebrate all of these incredible people. From our first 100 Club members in Traralgon to filling the first row on our 200s board in Warragul, the love we have for you all runs deep

We could talk about every single one of you forever but we also want to take a moment to send our best wishes to our lovely @tori_cachia, who’s getting married later this month!!! You’re a delight every time we see you and we hope you have the most perfect day 🫶

Our Sarah is finishing up at Mint 😭 This is by far the hardest announcement we’ve EVER had to make (we’re still hoping this is somehow a prank)

Sarah will be closing her chapter at Mint and stepping into an amazing new role that we have all the belief in the world she’ll do amazing things at. She is an incredible instructor with a wealth of knowledge who has continually invested in herself and grown into an absolute star of the industry

We’ve been so lucky to have had her running your Wednesday and Friday Warragul sessions since we opened and are going to miss her so SO much 🤍

Your last chances to catch her and say goodbye will be this week and next week’s Wednesday and Friday sessions. After that, we’ll be messaging her every day to come visit again soon (please Sar you have to)

What a journey it’s been 🫶

Part 1 of our newest 100 club members 🤍 How did we blink and all of a sudden, our 2nd 100’s club board is almost filled!? This is such an incredible achievement, we have the most appreciation for these ladies you could possibly imagine. These are our absolute favourite photos in the world and we never get tired of taking them 🫶

Part 2 coming soon with 100 club members at both Warragul and Traralgon + some absolute superstars hitting their 200th classes YAY!!!

Did you know we have permanent jumpboard classes on the schedule? 🤍

You can find them at Warragul on Wednesdays at 9:30am. For our Traralgon crew, Wednesday nights at 5:30pm and 6:30pm are your go to for our moon jump sessions (absolute favourite move in the world). These are SO fun and for anyone that hasn’t given them a go yet, we highly recommend as it’s such a fun but different experience 🫶

We had an absolute pleasure visiting @physipoletraralgon today to see their studio and try out their bungee, pole and hammocks. Let us tell you, it is HARD WORK and absolutely the most fun we’ve had 🤍 Celestee and the team have put together an incredible setup there and we couldn’t recommend enough giving it a go yourself!!!

The Mint team is growing with three new faces joining the family that we’re so excited for you all to meet 🤍

Keelan will be taking over your Warragul Wednesday afternoons with her incredible energy. She’s an absolute natural when it comes to teaching and already feels right at home in the studio. With her calming presence, she delivers some of the most relaxing cooldowns we’ve ever experienced 😌

Alyssa who you may recognise from our local latte spot Frankies is someone we couldn’t be more excited to support on her Pilates journey. She’s incredibly dedicated to her craft and has jumped straight into the deep end with her teaching. We are so impressed with how quickly she’s picked everything up and know you’re going to see Alyssa leading effective classes for years to come!!!

And our absolute superstar Paris who in case you didn’t know, is teaching killer classes all while pregnant btw 🤩 An absolute superwoman! She’s a joy to have in the studio and we always knew she’d be the perfect fit from our always-long chats after every class when visiting. Mint is SO lucky to have her 🫶
