We are so excited about this change and before we get into it, a special shoutout to our amazing @sculptbysar for leading this incredibly valuable workshop. For a while, we have wanted our Strength classes to feel more like we are building the muscles in our body and less like a Pilates class with an element of dumbbells 🤍

These classes will instead run through time-based and rep-based sets using more repetition of movements designed to target muscles closer. With inspiration pulled from a great gym workout, these classes will incorporate layers that increase in challenge as we move through them. The classes aren’t getting any harder, just more targeted! 🫶

There is such an importance on building and retaining muscle as we age. Even though we may be aiming for heavier weights than we’ve used before, we promise, YOU are strong enough! We’re always picking up delivery boxes, carrying heavy bags around and holding babies, the training has been there all along!

We are so excited to be creating more specialty classes on the schedule and who knows, you might just notice a Strength Plus pop up soon 💪

Was an absolute pleasure yesterday having @sculptbysar take us through our Strength class workshop and how we’ll be building these classes in the future 🤍 We are so excited to share some fun new changes. More on this to come VERY SOON! 🫶

Pilates with Paris is here 🤍 We’ve got some community classes lined up to close out March and they’re open for bookings now! These classes are perfect for our aspiring instructors to gain their real-world experience. Bookings for the 11:30am (Baby Friendly) and 12:30pm classes are live on Momence as well as in our bio toooooo 😌

You might’ve spotted her on the schedule or been lucky enough to jump into one of her classes already 🤍 Everyone, meet Paige! She’ll be around in Warragul and Traralgon covering some classes for us, playing forgotten hits and serving up almost-cruel inner thigh burns 🔥 (Don’t say we didn’t warn you!)

Wow 🫶 we’re still in awe over Larissa’s Sound Bath Unwind last night 🤍 actually felt like I was levitating at one point, no joke 🤣 we’ll simply have to do more of these at both studios in the future!!!

We had the absolute BEST time in Meg’s Unwind (Yin Mat) class yesterday. It felt so special to combine the best of moves on the mat with our reformer favourites closing out an incredible week 😌 what an absolute delight - we’re surely going to do again!

AND here is part 2 of our newest 100 club members YAY 🤍 This is such an amazing group of people and we couldn’t be more in awe. Thank you for being such an important part of Mint and having a laugh with us every time you come through our doors 🫶

Let’s talk about our pregnancy process 🤍 There’s nothing more exciting than having a little one on the way, and we have a few steps in place to ensure Pilates remains safe, supportive, and fun throughout your entire pregnancy

You’re always welcome to continue your regular Pilates practice up until the 13-week mark. After that, we’ll invite you in for a private 1:1 session where we will walk you through important safety measures and movement modifications. This helps ensure you can keep moving confidently with us through every stage of your pregnancy

We recommend sticking to our Classic and Unwind classes where possible, as these naturally avoid high-intensity cardio bursts. It’s so important to listen to your body not just during pregnancy, but in any class. Take each movement at your own pace, rest when you need to and stay mindful as you move

And for the bonus round! Once your little one is here and you’re ready to bring them in to show off their cute little face, you can join us every weekday at 10:30am across both studios for our baby-friendly classes. We absolutely adore seeing the entire bump to baby journey and welcoming your little one into the Mint family 🫶
